Password reset

I have taken my laptop abroad and foolishly forgotten the initial password to access my Windows 7 desktop.I have no access to a backup disk; anyone got any suggestions?

Download OPHCRACK for Windows 7 and burn it to a disc on another computer . Change the boot settings to boot from a dvd and boot your computer with the disc and it will find your password and display it and you can then write it down and use it.
