Cyclamens And Fridges

Two questions I need help with please: 1) Three of my cyclamen in hanging baskets have been caught by the frosts, should I uplift them, dry out the corm, and store till Autumn? or will they be past re-growth?
2) on the bottom inside fixed shelf there is a small hole which seems to be for drainage - though don't know where it drains to - it has clogged up somehow,frozen over,and running over onto floor of fridge. I tried a gentle wriggle into it with a knitting needle - but am afraid to poke too hard in case I break through - does anyone know where this drain hole actually goes? Thanks for any help.

Cyclamens.
Provided the corms haven't gone soft and the compost isn't over soggy they should recover ok. Try pinching out the blooms to aid the recovery. If the compost isn't free draining then you might have a risk of the corms rotting.

Fridge.
I assume it's Frost Free. Probably drainage hole is blocked (peas tend to be popular). Knitting needle is a no go, pipe is either rubber/polythene tubing and runs down to tray near fridge motor where it evaporates. Might be good idea to re-post this as separate question with fridge make and model no. for a better answer.
