Last one is causing me some doubt. 29a Very old eyes in state hospital should be replaced with time (6) I have omat? and assume it is omata but don't understand why. Is Omaha a state? If so, H (hospital) is replaced with T (time) to give omata. I can find ommatea in Chambers for definition eyes but not om(m)ata.
Please can anyone shed light on this?

I think this is referred to in the footnotes: 'one Greek plural dedicible from an etymology'. Ommata is the plural of omma, eye: Omaha is I fear a mistake by the compiler.

Omaha is a city not a state.

Thanks - so bamboozled by the puzzle I hadn't read the footnotes this week!
