I have a Kodak ESP3250 all in one printer, which for some reason does not want to use the blue colour.I have cleaned the printer head and replaced both cartridges, which has made no difference.Any ideas.

Just phone Kodak's help line. They will send you a new head or replace the printer. No need for spending more money when you have a perfectly good machine with good back up service.

I do not wish to be negative but consider buying another printer. I have a Kodak all in one and I have had lots of problems. Colleague at work went to a repair shop before he bought one and guy said not to buy Kodak.

Thanks for that,I was thinking of going down that road
Really bugs me spending more money when the printer I bought should still be working. But I have had so many problems with my Kodak. The recommendations that I have received are to buy a Cannon or Epsom.
I had some problems with mine printing I took the colour cartridge out and re inserted which sorted it out. That might work.

Got to agree with mjwman on this. My friend had printing problem with his same model as yours and they just sent him new print head free of charge. I also have the same model and it has been fine for 2 years now. Kodak have a on-line helpline that you can talk to someone and they talk you through what to do to see if they can sort it before ordering new parts. Must admit mine has been good and cheaper to run than my last HP one although a bit noisier.
