No not confused Lundy is off N Devin coast Skomer is off th Pembrokeshire coast.
Still need to know which bit of sea Skomer is in
The International Hydrographic Organization defines the limits of the Bristol Channel as "a line joining Hartland Point [in Devon] (51°01′N 4°32′W) to St. Govan's Head [in Pembrokeshire] (51°36′N 4°55′W)".[1]

On the South. A line joining St. David's Head (51°54′N 5°19′W) to Carnsore Point (52°10′N 6°22′W).
