Outside Temperature Guage in Car...

is constantly showing as 15 degrees outside even through it was frosty this morning.

Where is the temp guage located for a Peugeot 206 03 reg?

Perhaps it needs cleaning to help it work properly.

Unless there is a connection problem, I would get a spare one ready for when you strip the mirror.
The sensor is a thermistor.
