There is not one beginning with U, so instead there is a composer that ends in U (begins with M)
There is no composer that begins with Z, so one of the composers begins with a thematic letter but also ends with Z

Many thanks. I did consider composers (unravel) but dismissed this and have never heard of the mostly obscure ones used. Got there in the end!
