The government in Westminster is the only representation the English have, Corby.

The Government in Westminster represents England only in devolved matters.

As for being representatives of the English, there are plenty non-English folk living in England they also represent.

Saying that Sturgeon hates the English is as stupid as saying everyone that voted for brexit hates Europeans.

It's independence from the institutions of the UK and EU respectively that people are after. Hatred doesn't come into it (except for a few morons of course).
