Help! Is It Frost Damage?

These plants were put in my coldframe about a month ago, but have just noticed half of them are looking very unhappy!

Is it frost damage? I really don't think we've had any frost in this area of the midlands, but I may be wrong? Your thoughts? Is it just best to move them indoors? Or do they need spraying/ something else?

All help much appreciated

No, I'd say it was rot. They are probably a bit wet. I overwinter mine in a shed in dry compost. I'd take off the decay, repot in dry compost and cover in fleece when frosts are forecast. My pelargoniums are still outside - both in pots and the ground. We've not had anything like a frost yet.
