My friend came for coffee and a chat , she’s gone and I’ve been pie-making for the freezer
Chicken, ham & egg and cheese and onion

I don't know what part of the West Country Lady j is in...but in this part we've had bouts of torrential rain. I wore my too heavy waterproof to go to town...am drenched both inside and out. And I've discovered that my ruck sack isn't waterproof...in fact, there was a puddle in the bottom! That's ok...I had fish in there ;0
We've had everything today. Set off to Hawes in mizzle, visited the Cheese factory, looked around Hawes had a beer outside in hot sunshine, drove back to Reeth through hailstones, and back on home to dry roads. Its now tossing it down but we have cheese, port and wild boar pate to dig into.
