Best pull out plug from box for 10mins for a complete reset but you will lose your recordings.

You probably need to re-tune your Freeview tuner, or check channel listings for your particular TV. Looking at my programs, from SE London/Kent, I have the following channels:

19 = Yesterday
23 = Create & Craft
25 = Home
38 = Quest Red

Your local transmitters could possibly use different channel numbers for these little used channels.

Maybe your aerial isn't pulling in the signals from new frequencies.
Could try a signal booster before considering investing in a new aerial.
you wont lose recordings by pulling the plug out of the mains,
you can only do a full reset in the menu part of freeview and it warns you before hand you will lose your recordings
