Does anyone know which key alters the size of the text when I've searched and found a page? The tab across the top is fine but the results are tiny text size!

BHg481 has given you the simplest way of doing it. For completeness though, I'll add that pressing Ctrl and 0 together returns everything to the default size.

In Windows 10, you click on the the three dots near the top right of your screen and in the drop down menu use the zoom option to increase the % size
Do you mean when composing a word document?

Or do you mean when viewing a web page?

If the latter try clicking on VIEW situated on the top menu and click on ZOOM.
ctrl+ increases the font size and ctrl- decreases it. ie, press the + or - key whilst holding down the ctrl key.

If you have any other size than the default setting a magnifying glass will appear at the right of the address bar. Clicking on that will give the option of increasing or decreasing. Just another method.
jack; I zoom in and out a lot using the method I mentioned above, but I've never noticed that one, thanks. :0)
This is on Chrome, I don't know about other browsers.
