So pleased to get a best answer that I have been trying to solve last one.
Can only suggest the B flat trumpet.
B for blue
Creeper something which is flat against the earth
a trumpet can be used for military reveille etc
I may not be right but I have tried Rubbish.

I was trying to find something more simple than Bugle or trumpet :o(
