just googled a good recipe ,BUT,how much is
1g.cumin seeds
2g.turmeric ,cumin,coriander.
3g.chilli powder
6g salt.
10g tomato puree
102g.garam masala
help much appreciated.

Just 'wing' it, a large pinch of salt and a smaller pinch of cumin, tumeric etc, plus a small squeeze of puree and couple of heaped tablespoons of garam masala should be ok, cooking is all about trial and error, halfway through the cooking cycle taste it, if its not strong enough add a little bit more, if its too strong put a bit more water in. 1 gram seems to be about 1/30th of an ounce ? But if the recipe is in grams probably best to use the metric system directly.
If you mean how much do they cost, then I have no idea :-)
Roughly speaking you can assume a teaspoon is 5g.
Just 'wing' it, a large pinch of salt and a smaller pinch of cumin, tumeric etc, plus a small squeeze of puree and couple of heaped tablespoons of garam masala should be ok, cooking is all about trial and error, halfway through the cooking cycle taste it, if its not strong enough add a little bit more, if its too strong put a bit more water in. After a couple of goes at the recipe you'll have cracked it, it'll be your unique recipe! Good luck.

thank you,done what you suggested saintpeter48,was a bit nippy so I added a can of coconut milk and its yummy.
