On the original 2 questions of this string - 26 AC could be LEAK or LEEK,as both are defined in the clue. Any ideas, please? And if 13d is HEART-SORE, could somebody please parse, as can only see an anagram of Earth in this clue. Thanks.

I think for 'Heart sore' we are accepting 'sore' as an anagram indicator to change 'Earth' to 'Heart'

Thanks, Mamya. Sounds good - but still have to think that 'sore' is a pretty weird anagram indicator, and in a Xword with the spelling Sao Paolo ... rest my case!
