Am Thinking Of Using Owners Direct For The Hire Of A Villa In The Algarve

Has anyone used them please. We normally use a company which cannot meet our dates/requirements this time but, Owners direct say they can.

Buenchico, as always, covers most of the points you need to be aware of, but we used Owners Direct for about five years in a row with no problem.

We have used them for the last few yeats in Cyprus, no problems at all.

Thanks to you all but, from the Trust Pilot website the owners appear to be rather disturbed by changes made since the company was taken over! So my dilemma continues, but again thanks to all who responded.

I'm not clear - The Trust Pilot reviews Chris posted seem to be about people upset with the new website design, particularly owners advertising their villas. Are you looking for a villa or wanting to advertise one? Anyway personal reviews from fellow ABers are always better than anonymous reviews IMO - I have rented properties through Owners Direct countless times, have never had a problem. Once you've made your initial enquiry you are dealing directly with the owners themselves, not a website.
