Since radicalisation goes on largely inside someone else's head, what chance does he think he would have had to detect, let alone report, such changes.
This poses problems such as "are Moslims allowed to lie to other Muslims?" and "is there anything in their codes of behaviour specifically against lying to their parents?" although, once above the age of majority, does the latter have any meaning?
Of course, I pose queries about lying on the premise that relevant questions are being asked of them, in the first place.
