Thanks Chris I am looking near Brighton or there abouts, but maybe I am missing something but mostly the sites are for camping or you need to buy their static caravans
From my link:
"The following caravan parks and campsites OFFER RESIDENTIAL PITCHES, and statics and holiday homes for sale". (My capitals).

Most of the campsites in that list will probably have some pitches available for people to put their own static caravans on.

Look through the West Sussex

and East Sussex

listings, paying particular attention to the right-hand column. (That will show which sites are open all year).

However if you're looking for a 'park home' residential site, rather than for somewhere to put a holiday home, try the search facility here (using 'Park Home Plot' as the accommodation type:

Thank you so much for your help Chris
Read the terms and conditions carefully. Some sites effectively own your trailer once you've established it.
