Does anyone know 1)what type of camera/phone mode you'd use to take those 360 degree views you see on satellite view in google maps (the blue circles) and 2) once taken how do people get them posted?
It can't be that technical as they are all over the world in the remotest of places.

Thanks both. Bookbinder that looks a perfect tutorial, you posted it so quickly I assume you've looked into this before - have you done it yourself?
I believe play store has 360º apps.
