In Windows Explorer on windows 7 Home on a desktop PC if I delete a file or create a Folder nothing seems to happen but if I refresh by pressing F5 i can see that the action has happened.
It has only happened recently and i am not aware of changing any settings.
I have got use to pressing F5 now if something is not working as expected but I would like to know why if anyone knows ?

You are called polar_bear and your screen is freezing?
Does it happen with other things- for example do you need too keep refreshing the AB page or does the Latest Posts section update itself

No the screen is not freezing just not updating on file names.
Just Files and Folders in My computer Explorer .
Interner Explorer works OK.
