Is there a way to load one song from a CD on to Youtube.

youtube is video based storage. To do that would require you make a video of the CD. The video could be just a text screen that has the name of the track and artist, or anything else you wish. There are many programs that will allow combining slides with audio to make a video.

Now once you do that then there is the legal issues. youtube will remove any material...
