Windows 7 + listening to radio

I have a new computer with WIndows 7 and was wondering how to listen to the radio whilst I am working. Haven't yet got my idiot's guide.

Several ways. Direct from the radio website (BBC2 for example), or via Windows Media Centre - Music - Radio.

I use this site to access lots of internet radio channels. Also just log on to any of the stations you want.
