I don't know if this is the correct answer or not , but Martin O'Neill won the Irish Cup as a player with Lisburn Distillery , won the League Cup as a player with Forest and won the Scottish Cup with Celtic - but as a manager .

I think you're looking for Jimmy Delaney who won the Scottish Cup with Celtic in 1937, the English FA Cup with Manchester United in 1948, and the Irish Cup with Derry City in 1954.

He also won a runners-up medal with Cork Athletic (Republic of Ireland) in 1956.
