Accurate Pill Splitter, Where To Buy?

I'm not sure if 'Shopping' is the right place for this thread. I guess I'm looking to purchase a pill splitter, so maybe it is in the right place.

I have a pill splitter that isn't very good, it often breaks the pills unevenly. It's supposed to break them right down the middle.

Does anyone know of a decent pill splitter that actually cuts pills in half? The tablets are round but aren't completely flat - maybe that is why it never splits them properly. He's a picture of the tablets (to give you an idea of what I mean by the shape) - https://i.lowrex.com/i/Be2Ij.jpg

There are so many pill splitters online and so many reviews. If anyone knows of one that will do the job I need it to do, I'd appreciate your suggestions.

I purchased this in 2018. It is still in use and has been used for both myself and my cat. The crusher is very useful. There are a lot to choose from but this one has worked well for me. https://amzn.eu/d/dy9m4L4

I'm interested in this as I often have to 1/4 my meds. Halving is easy but not so much with the quartering.
As they have no line on them, have you confirmed it's appropriate to split them?
I used a cutter for my cat's medication, this one has a built in crusher. Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

RR, it wouldn't really be reliable at cutting quarters. Halves are usually cleanly cut - but not always.

Thanks Wolfy. I have used a knife to quarter and it does sort of work (meds don't have to be super accurate), but I would prefer something that I had more control over.
You can buy splitters to quarter pills. Spotted that as I was trying to find one on Amazon that I bought for Dave in the pharmacy here. I'll keep looking.
That link looks quite interesting. I wonder would you get away with it in hand luggage on a flight. It'd be great to have a few halves and quarters in a storage container.
You would have problems with unlabelled tablets.

This is the one I got for Dave to prevent finger loss from using the knife. It's sharp, cuts well and he's happy with it.

Didn't think about that. Sometimes I thinks it's just not worth the bother to go away.

Gness, thank you. Does that one do quarters?
DIZMO, does that image show your tablets or is it only to show the shape of the ones you take?
It doesn't say that it does, Rocky and Dave only has to half. I'll find a pill and see how it quarters.
Rocky, I found a pill the same shape as the one Dizmo has in his OP. It halved perfectly but didn't quarter well. You may need one that says it quarters.

TCL, it's just an image to show the shape. My tablets are a yellow/orange colour. They are the same medication, just mine aren't that colour or brand. The shape is identical though and I find that my tablet splitter doesn't cut them in half properly. My splitter works like the one wolf63 posted a link of.

To save people trying to work out what it is I'm trying to split, it's Longtec Oxycodone 40mg.

Maybe if I drilled a hole though the bit where the pill sits so that the pill doesn't move around whilst the blade cuts through?

If I use a countersink bit it might sit even better in the hole. I only ever use it for the one type of tablet so it only has to work for that.
