Hi! I am having a go at making duck bresaola, and the instructions I have suggest to wrap in cheesecloth before hanging.

Where can I buy this in the uk from a high street/bricks and mortar shop? Where is likely to carry it?

Thanks in advance!

Muslin is readily available in JL. Cook shops sell it but tends to be quite pricy compared to buyin a metre in JL or a fabric shop.

Thanks all. I have just remembered there is a colemans craft place that I will be passing. Muslin is a good back up plan.
