After seeing my wife's father die of smoking related problems recently I am not sure you should be encouraging / helping your mother to smoke.

She lost her husband 26 years ago. She lives on her own. She does not have much to look forward to. And smokes at worst 6 at night!
I really do not feel it is going to make a great deal of difference in the whole scheme of things!!!

I've never heard of Superking Whites Gav (I smoke Superking Blues) what exactly are they as I've only seen Blacks (very strong) Blues (not so strong) and Greens (menthol).

VHG, I think people are fully aware of the dangers of smoking, I really dont think the lecture will do anything to help.

Do either yourself or your Mum have a friendly local shop? I work in a village shop and we stock 2 brands of cigarettes just for 2 customers. One is Park Drive, which is not very popular these days! Anyway, it's worth asking if they could order them in for you.
