Think it was April 2007, I was in Dover visiting a friend at work, we were in a Lab. building that was on special anti vibration foundations as it was next to the A20. We unknowingly left the building just after the 'quake to find the rest of the Company had all run outside, we had felt nothing at all in the Lab.

Many years ago I mistook an earthquake for a book coming through the letterbox much to the amusement of my little one who muttered....flipping big book.
Last night she texted to ask if another big book had been delivered....I didn't dare tell her that I thought the tremor I felt was someone putting something through the letterbox.....☺
I would be useless in an emergency.....
