I am trying to work out how much liquid I will have in a plastic tube 25 mtrs long and 3mm inside diameter.

Sorry, rounded down. Take 177 millilitres, 0.177 litres.

For my part, I wasn't confused, just being too lazy.
^^J-J, It's a lot easier than working out how many pints in an 82 foot tube with 1/8 inch diameter

You need to have a re-think with your decimal points, 3Ts.

The correct answer is, as has been stated, about 0.176 litres. Just think how you would get 176 litres (almost 40 gallons) in a tube just 3mm across (even if it is 25 metres long).
