I am not sure what you mean!
(4 x 5) + (1 x 12) + (0 x 6) + (0 x 9) = 32
(4 x 5) + (0 x 12) + (2 x 6) + (0 x 9) = 32

Or do you want us to make 32 using those numbers only plus mathematical functions
(6 / (12 -9))^5 = 32

or in binary 100000= 101+1100+11+1001

I'm sorry this is vague. Someone asked me this and I now have the question There are 32 in total which are in groups of 5, 12, 6 and 9. How are they known collectively?

The fourway split may be England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. I can't think what the numbers may be though- too small for couties or Euro seats. Maybe TV regions?
