Except the county is called Leicestershire isn't it?
I suppose the man's name could be Lester Shaw or similar

Thanks Danny. I can't recall any Devans. I suppose anything can be a name. I notice Devan came below Devon in the rankings

Yes I accept that it's a name, danny- if Devan is teh answer though it seems an odd clue if the Devon spelling is more common and even Devante, Devente Deven and Davon are just as popular.
