third time lucky, in the left hand column there is IW written over the word DERAS and in the right hand column there is IW written over ER with a squiggly e in between the IW and ER the e resembles the lower case symbol for epsilon.
apologies for that, the dingbat is hard enough

star of the east for oriental written orion is doubtful because orion is a constellation and not an individual star, what do you think ?

you can get noel, frost, trees, out of it but i cannot get the remaining letters in each case to fit in
