33 Based - the misprint was in 'sealed' it's 'seaTed'. It's 'as'/lie, inside 'bed'/conjugal union.

Thank you dannyk and Neveracrossword. genial and based look good and i "see" their wordplay. The last letter of 41a (prawn??) is the 5th letter of 28d which would be T as I think genial is entered in the grid as genital.
Unfortunately I am still short of some misprint letters which tell me how to fill in the spaces in the clues.
