No Margo.I'm still on the desktop.My new super fast laptop is being badly let down by a defective router/superhub. Trying to find a direct free phone line to a Virgin media broad band techie is nigh on impossible. Hundreds of numbers available if you want to buy new products or bundles from Virgin with very eager and quick operators at the other end though. I will find them in the end.

Thanks danny also. I have the whole package unfortunately.I think their so called customer sevice leaves a lot to be desired. I have been told they will probably try to persuade me that my equipment is faulty and their super hub is fine which it is clearly not.

I've made loads of calls to 150 and always been satisfied with the service.
Most of my problems have been when they have been doing maintenance in the area which interfered with my WiFi
