glasman - when one spends quite a while answering puzzle/quiz/crossword questions, it becomes very noticeable when people do not acknowledge help. I personally do not need to keep a ledger, but instinctively know who 'they' are. Ie currently there are six users in that category and one who was subsequently banned.
