Yes- Polly gave a clue so i thought I'd do the same and just give the first part of the answer. Actually although it could be Question of Sport I quite like Catch Phrase as an answer

'Owzat is not a catchphrase although i appreciate the wordplay. I would go for A Question Of Sport

Although I prefer Question of Sport I wouldn't discount Catch phrase. (I know Owzat isn't a catchphrase it's a phrase used when appealing for a catch.)
