Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

11a Anagram, with definition "not given formula"
26d. Four letter word for warning sound without last letter to give word meaning "overly".

Thanks for the comprehensive hints, slaney! 26d was subtle, and for 11a, I anagrammed "draftees" +b. Am I right? Also, is EXTRAVASATE correct for 3d above?
Now, would you mind some more HINTS for the following?

9a Having no money, author finally hit bottle(4): ???T
22a Missiles getting bigger warheads, finally(9): ???W?A???
28a Saint about to accept sanction is shot(6): ?T?O??

23d Speech baffling overseas nurses(5): ??N??

No doing this crossword, but
22a Word for getting bigger - 8 letters, plus S - warheads finally. Definition missiles.
28a Saint - 2 letters + about - 2 letters containing a 2 letter word for sanction. Definition kind of shot.
9a Children's author - remove MM + T -finally hit. Definition is bottle.

Many thanks for the help! I should be able to solve the double-numbered on my own, but I am stuck on the last three straightforward clues for which I am seeking some HINTS, please!

6d Suffer with cold for final smoke(6): ??R?
7d Location for bathing box not right(3) : ??A (SPA?)
8d Mock weakness when leader drops out (9 ): ??I?????? ( FAINTNESS? )

I think I have the answers now. Can anyone confirm?

For 6d, I have CURE
For 7d, I have SPA
For 8d, I have IMITATION instead of FAINTNESS
