Residents living in Londons Brexit heartland have admitted they didn't know what they were voting for, and things have gone downhill ever since They voted in overwhelming numbers to leave the EU. Havering (London)
Voted 96,000 for Brexit and 42,200 to stay. The majority who voted out have now admitted they got it wrong and if they were given the chance again they would vote remain........Lets get Brexit undone.....

It is true. A lot of voters did not understand the consequences of Brexit and now regret it. I suppose they may let us back in if we apply in ten years time.

And as for my choice regarding reading them or not, i do always read them, and reply when I feel like it - a choice I have enjoyed for considerably longer than you, so I don't actually need it to be pointed out.

So many times we fall into the trap and gulliver gets the reaction he wants tohis nosense.
I respect gromit as a sensible socialist and we can both see through gulliver. Gullivers either a tory or windup merchant trying to make socialists/ remainers look unreasonable out of touch & without ideas.

And your evidence for that is...?
I voted to leave in the knowledge that if we did, the consequence would be that the UK would no longer be a member of the European Union. Not much else really mattered (and still doesn't). What was it I didn't understand?

No it wasnt, that was just one part - and the unlimited immigration form 'new' members who arrived and were entitled to NHS and other benefits is now curbed. So that part of the immigration promise is done.
Other immigration issues are (and never were) anything to do with the EU (Countries in Europe maybe have caused some but Europe is not the EU).
And besides, as I said on another thread, with an aging population we do need controlled immigration.
