Oh dear Captain H gets his April handed back to him as usual! He even started boasting about his time at the CPS, whoops I'd keep that quiet if I was you Rodders! You could play Commons BS bingo with this lot so predictable. Suella, yada yada, General election yada yada.

I thought the new PM was spot on today, he easily won the battle with Starmer. The thing that gets me is Labour go on about having an immediate general election, if the roles were reversed would they want the same, of course they wouldn't, just shut up Labour, you will get one in about 2 years and in my opinion, will lose it!!

This is English me old china, try and learn some.
Mmm. An account set up on 12th Sep 2022 but only used just now and jumps straight into a TTT thread.

How odd!
Question Author
yes ZM, interesting!
He refers to his former job in every speech he makes. It's just as tiresome as the constant references to his parents being unable to pay the phone bill.
It's almost as if someone had a spare account set up, isn't it. Obviously no one would be so stupid.........would they?

ZM: "one would be so stupid.........would they? " - well I know some that could but no doubt the editor will spot it soon enough.
I am often amazed at how many MPs waste their chance in PMQs calling for a General Election. It must be obvious that the Tories are way adrift in popularity and they'd stark raving mad to call an election.
They know that but they also know they got to do it or else people will say 'why arent you asking' and also when the election does come thy can say 'about time, we been asking for 2 years'
This is a 'throwing stones in a glasshouse' thread if ever I've seen one

Well yes Bobb, but maybe not so often as it looses its impact.

There are many things to ask Rishi, stick to them and Sir Kier might make some headway.
Good to see PMQs being conducted properly again. And not the chimpanzees tea party we have had to endure since 2019. The PM actually answering questions is refreshing. Hope it stays this way.
Jesus wept - I do wish people wouldn’t be wilfully obtuse to try to look clever DickieHart/Fattichusinch, it just makes you look daft pretending not to understand TTT’s OP.
Couldnt agree more Gromit.

Perhaps Sir Kier will respond to proper debate and start holding the Conservatives to account like a decent opposition should rather than just cheap jibes and digs which adds to the tea party feel. There is plenty of decent ammo if he chooses to use it.
Did the odious Blackford stick his blue oar in?
For me, PMQs is just a side-show that interrupts the real business of parliament. It's a half hour or so of fairly pointless sparring interspersed with questions set up to get someone patted on the back.
And TTT, do you actually listen to them before you start typing your weekly contribution?
what?

anyway I think you mean 'Same ship, different colour'
Bristol phrase from the eighteenth century

modern; how crude how crude: a 't' in the word ship
