We've all seen it when the Police stops a motorist be it for speeding or a dodgy number plate - the response 'Haven't you got any muggers.rapists or murders to catch?'.


I watched one where a youngish officer waited for a pause in the rant and calmly replied 'Sir, if you would give me your details as I asked 10 minutes ago, I can go and do that immediately'.
