I think you will find that North and Mid Wales may provide the answer to the Assembly conundrum. After taking the Vale of Clwyd seat in the General Election, Aberconwy, Delyn, and Wrexham are almost certain to swing to Tory. I have traced the name back, on genealogy and family history sites, to the middle 1700s in Kent mikey. Indeed an ancestor had the name as a surname in 1730. Many more in America and Australia(suspect they were 'sent' there).
jim; Thanks; I had a feeling there was something dodgy about my maths as I typed it, anyway it would be quite a turn up for the books.
PS, so what % increase is 0 to 1 ? or is it not assessable

Incidentally ref. Maths, I read Charles Moore the other day saying he asked three "very eminent" mathematicians to define it what it was and he got different answers, it ended inconclusively, I remember one said it was a 'sort of logic'.
I know to the Greeks (ancient!) the subject had a muse and was one of the arts.
