Poor reporting by the Independent. Two days after this attack, they still have not corrected to story. The two culprits were apparently drunk and drugged local men, and the Independent must know that by now (everyone else does). I cannot decide if the failure to correct the article is sloppy (there have been many job losses), or whether it is deliberate...

I cannot decide if the failure to correct the article is sloppy (there have been many job losses), or whether it is deliberate misleading of viewers.

Probably sloppy but mixed in with someone trying to get a 'scoop' so as to not shown the door.

It happens in all walks of life. If would not be such a big deal if the Independent did not take such a holier than though approach.

They later removed the words 'Far Right'
