I need to list this author in a bibliography. Which bit is the first name, which bit is the surname?

looks to me if F. is his first name and Gregory Gause is his double barrel sir name. Some people who re marry and have kids in the first marrage like to keep both the last and new sir name so their still linked to their kids sir names.
