Please enlighten me. How is Nigel Farage still in the EU Parliament? He doesn't speak for the British Government, surely.

Mikey - who said anything about a landslide? A majority is a majority! (unless you are a Remainer)

He is still an elected MEP and UK is still in the EU. Today they were discussing how to plan our exit which is relevant.
He speaks for the majority of Britain though! :)

I just thought he was rather, and unnecessarily, objectionable..
What does that make Juncker Chrissa?

:)
Come on now Agchristie !....he speaks for 51.9%....only just a majority ...Hardly a landslide.

Farage is still raking in the dosh, from an institution that he despises, just like he has always done, and he will continue to do so until the very last day.

He hasn't anything else to do.....after all, he is hardly the head of his small Party any more.

He will be gone soon though....not long now.

He is a very capable Politician, and probably the only past or present member of UKIP I would say that about.

Yes he will ... Having achieved his aim ... Sounds like the work of a very clever individual.
As we say in Scotland,he is not so green as he is cabbage looking
^ What happened to Chancellor Kohlrabi?
Why should he not be ?

We are still in the EU. The EU could do with a further doses of realism. He is elected to be there. There is no reason for him not to be there nor for folk to feign not understanding that he should be.
no chrissie
Farage is elected and he was speaking to unelected unaccountable officials of whom Junckers is one

and yes he could have been more stateman like - I agree
the only voice and couldve made useful statements

1)re the Eurp army whcih they dont seem to have voted about
2) Brexit terms are not about punishment or reward but about trade and mutual benefit
3) Brexit was due to the eurocrats ( unelected and unaccountabe yeah them ) not facing up to hard problems like migraton which they are still fiddling about

and yeeah he could usefully have done much much more
but he isnt a a politician - is he ?

I couldn't agree more, agc.

Thanks for the clarification, all.
He's an MEP, what a silly question. Played another blinder, beat the merde out of the EUphiles as usual.
Nigel has delivered us from evil, he alone has stood firm on the EU, he used the threat of UKIP to force a referendum out of a reluctant PM. When the EU collapses and the history books are written, NF will have stood out as a saviour of Britain from Tyranny along with the other greats. All from a man who never even sat in the Commons. Sure a K is only a matter of time.
beat the crap out of the europhiles ?

whilst they sat there and sniggered at the pointlessness of his er 'points'

Chancellor Kohlrabi was chancellor of West germany and then germany so that would be around 1989-1990
and is now in deep purdah ( ha geddit ? )
and was not invited to the 25th anniversary celevrations of the fall of the wall because .....
financial scandal over party funding

hey like Bliar the Liar but plus plus plus ?
yeah apparently the current leaders would rather eat dog-poo than meet or speak to him.....

well you did say what happened to Kohlrabi and thats what happened
