The beginning of the song does sound like intro to Someone Like You, but I don't think it is that song. The melody is quite different.

I agree it sounds very like an Ludovico Einaudi piece, but I went through lots of his music on Amazon last night (I'm determined!) and couldn't find a match.

it reminds me a lot of 'Canto Ostinato' by dutch composer Simeon ten Holt. an amazing piece. very similar to the trailer piece and worth getting.
