Hi all,

Does anyone know what the bit of music is called from the scene where Akeem is at Cleo McDowells house, and the door bell keeps ringing, cleo keeps running up to open and close the front door.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, it's nothing I've heard before and there are no matches via either Shazam or Soundhound.
Due to its short nature I'd hazard a guess that it's some incidental music made specifically for the scene, nothing more.

"A soundtrack was released for the movie with many of the songs from the movie. Be warned though, like so many other soundtrack CDs it didn't include any of the instrumental music composed by Nile Rodgers. We get lots of enquiries about the instrumental music from the opening scenes, through Akeem's arrival in queens through to the wedding ceremony. As far as we know it has never been released in any format."
