'Take it to the max' track

I'm desperately trying to identify an old dance tune. The only line I can remember (which may have been the only line in it) was "take it to the max" which was repeated a few times throughout by a male voice. I'm guessing the song was from the 1990s. Any help appreciated.

prev hello does anyone now the song that was featured in background in 60 minute make sounds like go party it as also been featured in the story of tracy beaker series the bedsit it is driving me mad trying to find the songs thank you   Music in BBC's World Cup 2010 Battle Cry promo next
