White Smoke From Exhaust On Freelander - Head Gasket ???

Hi Y'all - can any mechanics out there confirm my worst fears ?
We have white smoke billowing from the exhaust of our 2001 Freelender (K series engine) which we had replaced about 4 years ago !
Ps. It didn't do this before ???

Could well be, DebsyDoo, have you checked the oil, see if it's turned to emulsion ?.

Apparently my partner did this earlier & it was not looking good (bit creamy)
Steam maybe, from a blown head gasket?
