It is a v large sinkhole in Floriddy

the chalk gets washed away underneath but only in some areas
and the sudden collapse means that either a hole appears or the water covering it does that

it happened in the area of Norwich where I lived big holes appeared in neighbours garden and a double decker bus went down a big hole in Unthank Road...old chalk workings....
