I see lots of spelling corrections on here, some mischievous, some not so much and I wondered what the worst offender words are for you.
Here are some of the words I cringe at when I see them:

Definately
Rediculous
any misuse of they're their and there
Pacific, meaning specific

Some pronunciations cause the same affect. I particularly can't bear to hear:

Nucular
Poscetti

What are yours?

You're. Your

Text speak.
Or 'of' rather than 'have'.

Tuvok that too. This thread is going to be a list of reminders isn't it!
innit
Doesn't bother me in the slightest as long as it does not alter the context and I understand the post.

Interested in your last example - is that a mispronunciation of 'Prosciutto'?
As has been documented many times, incorrect use of there, their and they're
but the all biggest one that irks me is 'could of' instead of 'could have'.

Stop it, please. You know who you are!
Aitch and Haitch.

I like innit Sipowicz, I think it's funny.
Squad instead of sqad.........;-)
Question Author
Oh lardhelmet, don't get me started on aitches!
I really dislike this thing of dropping the aitch in an attempt to make it sound posher. Words such as 'erb, and 'otel really grind my gears.
I like David Mitchell's take on it...

Is that because you're non-U, sqad?
