Lord North as everyone knows was succeeded by Pitt the Younger

in 1783 - he told the king thro an intermediary that he would not take any office less than first minister
BUT we were told it was his first job at age of 24
but cabinet watchers of the 1780s will know he was chancellor for three months just a little earlier

No. I spotted the mistake. They said David Steel was a member of the Gang of Four, breakaway Labour MPs who formed the SDP. He was of course not a Labour MP, he was leader of the Liberal Party.

I might have been a victim of 16 year old Glen Deveron but I thought that the mistake was football manager Brendon Rogers of Celtic, not Liverpooooool.
I thought that the mistake was during the introduction: It was not Sooty who said, "Izzy Whizzy, let's get busy".
It was Matthew Corbett.
North was succeeded by Pitt the Younger?

What happened to Rockingham, Shelburne and Portland?
